Woke up to no heat early one morning recently and started calling heating companies but was having trouble finding anyone to come that day. Jackson returned my phone call promptly telling me he could fit me in a little later in the day. With a 40 year old furnace I was seeing $$$ in my future. Not the case...a few minutes to diagnose, a $15 part and an hour later I had a working furnace again. Jackson was courteous, honest, professional and had very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this business and will not hesitate to call on him again.
Jackson is a stand-up guy that provided outstanding customer service on a recent furnace replacement I had done. He even fixed the unsatisfactory hot water tank install we had done by another company a month prior.
