I just recently had a service completed by Grip Tire & Auto, and I'm extremely happy with the service. I came in for an oil change, and included with an oil change was a general visual inspection. Iain was awesome to work with while booking the appointment, and he had excellent communication throughout the service. While my car was in the shop, he emailed an inspection sheet for me to review. Attached were pictures and prices of the proposed repairs which truly shows full transparency with this shop. An overall really great experience with my tire fix. I’m from small town Saskatchewan and the service here is caring and quality, reminds me of home where everybody knows everybody and the best advertising is word of mouth. No attempts to sell unnecessary parts or services to a non-mechanical person, in the city I worry. Great experience highly recommended and commended!!

When our vehicle blew a head gasket roadside we called the nearest mechanic which was Grip Tire and Auto Coquitlam. The Service Manager Ben immediately helped us out and presented us with our options. We decided to have the repairs completed at Grip Tire and Auto. Throughout this process Ben and his team have been professional, transparent and fair. Of note, they always kept their word. I highly recommend Ben and his team.
