“Our electric water would not make hot water. I called Just Plumbing because they are a local company here in Casa Grande and have a 5-star review rating.
Isabelle answered the phone right away. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered my questions. I explained that our water appears to be leaking and no hot water. She asked for photos so she could see type of water heater and how it is installed, then she would call with a quote.
I sent her the photos and in less than 30 minutes she texted me with a very reasonable price quote. I called back to accept their quote. Isabelle totally surprised me when she said they can replace the water today and they can be there between 3pm and 5pm.
She called back in about 30 minutes and said they’re on their way and will be there in about 5 minutes. Isabelle and Lawson started working on the replacement and after a couple hours they had the new water installed and heating.
They provide a lifetime warranty and will do a maintenance inspection once a year. I cannot imagine getting any better customer service or a better quality water heater than Just Plumbing provided.
If there was a 10-Star rating they would get one from me. Just Plumbing is the paragon of a plumbing company.”
