Great experience! Edward came for hot water heater inspection and flush. He is a knowledgeable and personable professional that reflects highly on Silverado. He explained what he was doing and why, and gave immediate feedback that everything was in great shape. I pressed him on whether to replace our hot water heater given its age, and rather than take our money, he assured us it was in great shape. He saw no signs of corrosion and there was practically no sediment in the heater thanks to our water softener.
