Best water heater repair that's ever been done. The technician was a great conversationalist to boot and had good advice and pointers to ensure everything continued to work flawlessly.
I’ll focus on the positives, which are many! The appointment was effortless to schedule, great communication. The technician arrived promptly and did a very thorough job eliminating causes for the reported issue. Parts were supplied and replaced and tested before they left.
The service was thorough and professional and the problem was solved. However, if I’m being honest, the pricing wasn’t mentioned until the very end and the “estimate” was basically written up after payment so I really had a little sticker shock and was on the spot. That part I didn’t enjoy, but I am grateful for the work which continues to perform flawlessly.
