So I’m hoping to get a tech back out, perhaps earlier in the day as that’s when the most occurrences of noise happed.“

“Red Zone saved me thousands of dollars and possibly 2 weeks of sweating in my home in 110 deg heat, when they saw my post on Go Gilbert. Thank God I posted to the community board on Facebook.
My AC went down on July 2 late pm and I called a contractor. The young tech said I needed a new ECM blower motor. The company called me the next day and said my motor would cost me $4k and had to be shipped from Florida. They recommended an entire new air handler for $8k which they had in stock. Red Zone came out on short notice on July 4 and found that a clogged condensation line was tripping the motor. Clearing out the condensation line fixed the problem! Such an easy fix! I will go to Red Zone for now on to service my AC.“

I am writing this review because this company has been not only very good to me, but has bent over backwards to service my Bosch AC unit. My unit is not your average every day unit and they are the only ones that really know what they’re doing when it comes to the Bosch product. I have recommended them to others and just forwarded their information to a coworker. Hopefully they can help her out, but even if they don’t reliable air-conditioning is the only one that I will ever do business with.“
