Oliver runs an amazing company! He is prompt, he has a great deal of integrity, he doesn't upsell, he is honest and he personable. He also protects your home when he is working there and leaves it totally clean the way he found it. While i found him through a warranty company, I signed up for his twice yearly service to check my system. he is a great professional.
Today, Oliver came to my home to diagnose my heating system. While we are waiting for a home warranty decision on the work that needs to be done, I have never, in my 25 years here, met a vendor who is all about service and taking care of his clients. We have all had our hiccups with home warranty companies but I am so pleased with his honesty and transparency and know I am in good hands. This is a man of integrity and I highly recommend him!
Called Olive Air in the middle of last summer on the weekend when one of our units broke, and they were on-site within the hour and fixed the issue quickly without attempting to upsell me on anything, for a very reasonable price. It’s been without issue for 7 months now.
