One of my heat pumps quit working and I called "The Cool Guy" and they responded with excellent service the same day. Alonzo and Miguel were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We can't say enough great things about The Cool Guy. They were recommended by a neighborhood source and were the first to arrive after contacting multiple companies. The Cool Guy arrived within an hour after our call and fixed our issue within 20 minutes of diagnosis. Miguel, Ishmael, and Ben were amazing. Not only were they friendly, but they also thoroughly explained the issue so we knew what was going on and even showed pictures. We highly recommend The Cool Guy. We won't call anyone else.
