Nobody does it better.Its a James Bond song and should be Ferrell air's theme song as they drive away from a job well done at my money pit.I bought the money pit, I knew it before and I'm a sucker for major projects and it came with a stupid flat roof architecture in an area that had no building codes or inspections until 25 years after its build.Nobody wants to work on this bag of crazy snakes. It's a cool house but its kryptonite to contractors, cement guys, electricians...you name it.Rusty has no fear and apparently likes a challenge and is a fantastic teacher and guide to all things HVAC.
