Nobody does it better.Its a James Bond song and should be Ferrell air's theme song as they drive away from a job well done at my money pit.I bought the money pit, I knew it before and I'm a sucker for major projects and it came with a stupid flat roof architecture in an area that had no building codes or inspections until 25 years after its build.Nobody wants to work on this bag of crazy snakes. It's a cool house but its kryptonite to contractors, cement guys, electricians...you name it.Rusty has no fear and apparently likes a challenge and is a fantastic teacher and guide to all things HVAC. I had some crazy set up in a addition and section of the original 1960s flat roofed house. I had all manner of dodgy what ifs and poor air flow. FYI this guy has a huge fab shop and a 12' break...not even roofers and gutter guys have that in the verde valley. He does everything in house.Rusty is king of the HVAC guys here. He is also so reliable and so personable, you'll want to adopt him or at least keep him as a friend. In the verde Valley you have your pick of good guys too busy to get back to you and overpriced, underskilled companies who advertise heavily. Rusty only runs a crew of hard working experts with pin point precision and custom results made to fit your needs and deliver the climate you really want in your home. They arent foul mouthed, they don't shoot the breeze and they never seem to sit down. Ferrell air is our favorite trade we have worked with and we have had every trade out to our pit in the last year.DO NOT HESITATE. DO NOT WRITE OFF A 1K DIFFERENCE IN BIDS...THE EFFORT AND QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP RUSTY WILL PULL OFF, THE EXTRA TIME AND CONSIDERATION AND CLEAN UP HE DOES ON YOUR JOB TO SERVE YOUR NEEDS...ITS UNQUANTIFIABLE.I had not anticipated the full extent of what he would do to make my system, creating a new system essentially, thoroughly functional. I am one system in and in early stages of another system- i have a crazy house and why would any house not have three separate hvac systems right?Seriously, ive worked with many trades, many handymen, many technicians, foremen etc. I have had to run the subs on my own projects with MIA foremen, dealt with massive damage from renovations with inexperienced crews...i feel no stress when Ferrell air is working, I can trust that they are doing a great job as i have checked it all and time after time seen amazing skill and time management.Rusty is the chief of Ferrell and he isnt an office guy, he shows up and he plans your job with you and he answers the phone and he has the answers.Nobody in the verde valley area handles their business as well or does more and extras to make your project not good, but great.YOU SHOULD BE SO LUCKY AS TO BE ABLE TO HIRE FERRELL AIR FOR YOUR HVAC PROJECT. IVE PERSONALLY MET WITH SEVERAL OF THE BIGGER HVAC COMPANIES AND A FEW SMALLS ONES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.RUSTY IS THE "I CHING", A#1, GODFATHER OF HVAC. HE DOESNT ADVERTISE....ITS BECAUSE HE IS THE GO TO FOR ALL THE CONTRACTORS AND ALL THE LOCAL GUYS WHO ARE WORTH THEIR SALT.I will end this so I dont sound like i am insane...but HVAC means a lot here in AZ. You need the best and the most longevity out of your system. You dont want problems and you know it must work for your house and fit your needs. You can do no better anywhere than Ferrell air and you are lucky enough to have a chance to hire Ferrell air in Phoenix or in the Verde Valley. Look no further, give Rusty a call.Update:1.5 years into our two new systems and we had the crew from ferrell air out twice: once to reduce vibration from our roof unit (we reroofed before getting the new system and the old roof was foam, which insulated the movement from the last system), the other time to replace an eco bee thermostat that was confused about the actual temp. Each call was an immediate response with a team to troubleshoot & fix or a swift scheduling to do the work needed.
