Blossom Beauty did the hair and makeup for my wedding this June and they were amazing to work with! I had a large wedding party and they easily accommodated us and everyone looked amazing after services! Hair and makeup held up well despite the rainy weather. Man, Ry's the real deal. Showed up and he was right there ready for me, no wait, no rush, just a perfect haircut. Clean lines, exactly what I asked for, and the whole cut felt effortless. Dude's got serious skills and the chillest vibe. Best cut I've had in Nwa hands down!
AC had stopped working with it 100 outside. Adkins, island airco, came out the next day. Colt checked and found that the thermostat had stopped sending proper voltages, it had been working. He reset the thermostat and got it working. He recommended trying a different brand smart thermostat since the brand I have occasionally has odd issues. Quick and efficiently done.
Another great job by Austin! He was able to come out the next day to fix our outdoor light. Always on time and a pleasure working with him.

Just had the absolute best couples massage here at Suchness Spa! We opted for a combination of traditional massage and chakra alignment, and left feeling rejuvenated. Very professional staff and clean, calming environment. Will definitely return!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Aly was exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions and really listened. After I shared that I wanted to grow my hair out and stop fighting it by constantly straightening it, she started working. She sculpted my hair dry first, and when it came down to the finer details, she asked about my preferences, including whether I wanted my ears showing. Once she was happy with the dry cut, she washed my hair and refined it on wet hair. She checked in throughout the appointment and even paused to have me run my hands through my hair so I could feel the weight and shape of the cut before making the final adjustments. It was obvious she had the knowledge and experience because she wasn’t simply cutting my hair, she was sculpting it around its natural texture, density, and growth pattern.
She was also incredibly kind and patient with my two very energetic and overwhelming children, who had to come with me, which meant more than I can say. She earned my trust completely, and I’ll absolutely be back.

Bryan had acupunctures done for alpha gal around 4 months ago with Dr. Norris and he's doing great!! Eating what he wants. Dr. Norris is WONDERFUL
We stayed at Cottage 1. Quiet space even with all the other cottages booked. The cottage was clean and the hot tub was in a private enclosed space. Would definitely stay again.

If you are married in Eureka Springs, or happen to be getting married at the Crescent itself - definitely go with makeup and hair serves at the salon. I got married at the Crescent Hotel and I am so glad I decided to go with the salon instead of an outside service. My makeup was done by Shae and my hair was done by Nick (married power couple!)
Shae was so sweet and perfected my makeup look I was going for. I brought her example photos of several different looks I liked and she made my skin and eye makeup so beautiful. I also do not wear false lashes often, the type she provided in salon were gorgeous, and comfortable. I was able to wear them all night and not notice them! She has a magic touch when applying them.
Nick also got my hair perfect too! I showed him a video inspiration I found on TikTok and he nailed it. Even though my hair is thinner, he made it seem so voluminous and full. Many of my family members thought I had extensions in, but I didn't. I did get a trial done with both Nick and Shae before the wedding. I would highly recommend doing a trial! It was so nice to meet them prior to the wedding day and I felt so comfortable with them. They are both so nice. I had a lot of anxiety day of and they were so understanding and dealt with me getting out of the chair multiple times to take a breather, LOL.
Nick also fit my husband in for a last minute trim for his hair the day of the wedding. He was a life saver! Thank you Nick and Shae for the amazing service you provided! - The Goodins.
Also - the bridal suite in the New Moon salon is a little pricey - but it was worth it. We had rooms at the Crescent, so we almost decided to just get ready there. But in the end, I am very glad we decided to spend the money on the suite because it made getting ready so easy for the bridal party. The room, the mirrors, the steamers, and the snacks provided were all very nice.

I called Cody over the weekend and he came out late on a Sunday and fixed a water leak I had in the wall with my shower in my RV. He got the problem fixed and stayed until it was almost dark. You can’t find this kind of work ethic much these days. Very reasonably priced and did great work. I’ll call him for any future repairs I need with my RV as well as recommend him to others. Truly appreciate the work and glad to have my RV fixed and not leaking water. Thank you

I have naturally curly hair and this is the only shop in NWA I trust near my locks! Anna is a wizard with those scissors and the biggest sweetheart. It takes me an hour to get there and I happily make the trip to catch up with her and get a high quality cut!!
UPDATE: I am changing my review; for the company had taken the time to work with us. We truly appreciate the time given to listen, answer all questions, and go out of the way to come here for the second time.
This company came to our residence, to change out a water heater, as a contractor for Home Depot. The guy took forever and left our home with low water pressure, a leak from a pipe he replaced, and now we are experiencing issues in our other restroom. Note, he left 2.5 hours ago around 7pm. We will never use this contracted company or Home Depot for any of our plumbing needs from this point forward.
Not to mention, they tried to over charge us until we started asking questions and requesting an itemized list/receipt before payment. Shady and unprofessional service and behavior. EVERY company should have to offer an itemized list of services to make sure no one is getting screwed over; which we would have if we didn’t question repeatedly. Displeased is an understatement.

My husband and I got married here back in 2020 and it was magical. The owners are so sweet and welcomed us into their home before our wedding to chat for a bit before heading over the the chapel. We had a sweet ceremony with just us and the minister and he offered to take photos for us afterwards! He even invited us to their church that following Sunday. Beautiful view, beautiful people and a spectacular experience! My husband and I did a walk in while on vacation and were so happy with our tattoos. Stella and JD took their time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We both have multiple tattoos, but agree that these are the best artists we’ve ever had. They both have clearly mastered their skills and charge such a fair price for the quality of art. They clearly love what they do. We’re already planning our next trip back to get more pieces from both of them!

honestly i was a little nervous going in because i hate eye exams but they made it so easy. the place is clean and bright and the people working there were just really nice and patient. they answered all my annoying questions without making me feel dumb. my prescription ended up being way off from my old glasses and i had no idea. the doctor explained everything super clearly and actually listened to what i was saying. i picked up my new glasses a few days later and oh my god i can see again. ill definitely be coming back here next time.
Tom O'Connell was our artist and even though it was a simple lettering of our favorite song, he did amazing. Hes great with lettering and fine lines.

I have been going to Dr. Covington for over 30 years. When I first went to see Dr. Covington I had not been to a Dentist since High School, so approximately 14 years since seeing a dentist. That Dentist had filled many of my molars and now they were all leaking and I had cavities around these filings. Dr. Covington removed the old fillings/cavitiea and refilled the teeth. Now some 30 years later after he filled those teeth and I still don't have any Cavities. I'm not bragging, I just think that he is an awesome Dentist. His staff is great also. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this Dental Practice.
Even if you don’t stay here, you have to go see this place! Just standing in the lobby gives you those feels of what it was like back in the day. Very cool grounds to walk, the hotel is free to browse. They have the grounds cats laying around to pet and love on. There is a very small gift shop with postcards, stickers and pens. Up on the 4th floor is a restaurant/bar with an overlook of the side grounds as well as the walls being filled with newspaper articles of the hotel from back in the day. A very near experience. Go see the ghost tour so you can see the morgue, the bellhops will not be tainted by money to let you in! ☺

Well I was originally thinking a 4 because there were some minor issues and quirkiness with room fixtures; however, I returned home and left my favorite umbrella there. The next day I called the front desk person who called housekeeping and they found it and shipped it to my home address. Now that's service. Otherwise, it's a great location with parking at the same altitude and 5 minutes walking from most of the historic area & some great restaurants and live music. The front desk staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel itself is about as period as it gets in Eureka. I was traveling with my brother and didn't want to share a queen so we got one of their suites which was gigantic with 2 full baths. Beware there's no elevator and the stairs are steeply pitched but they sport good handrails. I'll definitely come back.
