Had the Smilin carpet man over today to clean every carpet in the house. Very happy with the work and the price. Showed up on time too, exactly when he promised. We will definitely call him again if we need our carpets cleaned.

The team at Sovereign Floors just finished tearing out all of the carpet and installed underlayment, flooring and new quarter round trim and they did an excellent job. We used them on a small project for Vickie's quilting room and they did such a great job, we had to have them for this job. We were scheduled for next week, but an opening came up for this week and we took it. Sara and Stewart are great to work with, informing us on different styles of flooring and answering questions. The installers (I already forgot their names) kept the mess down as much as they could giving the tear up of carpet and cleaned up where they used saws. They even played classic rock on their phones! I recommend Sovereign Floors for your flooring needs.

This resort is located right by the lake, nestle in the Ozark Mountains. It is beautiful, the property is gorgeous and the rooms are the same. However, they are very understaffed in the dining facility so if you go, pack your patience. We waited almost 3 hours for our dinner. The staff member, Destiny running the dining area looked overworked. She was sweet but you can tell she needed more than just herself carrying the load of the restaurant. Hilton, please hire some more workers so your guests do not have to wait 3 hours for their dinner. Other than that, we had a pleasant time. We especially enjoyed the sunset ride excursions that Michael and Rainy took us on with the pontoon.

Saw this place had a low review. I have been going here for awhile now and have had a great experience each time. I have seen several of the PAs and they have all been wonderful. The front desk personnel have also been very welcoming
