Kim did an awesome job helping sell a property In Eureka Springs.The process was easy and and everything worked out exactly as it should have. There were no unexpected issues or things we had to do to make the sale happen. Kim was always very responsive to all of our requests. Always promptly responding via whatever method we used to contact her. I would highly recommend using her as your realtor in the area (buying or selling). After visiting Eureka Springs for what we thought was a quick weekend vacation we fell in love with the area and decided to purchase a vacation home there. Being a Broker/Realtor in Texas for over 30 years myself, I realize the importance of having a local top agent represent us during the purchasing process.
