“I had an amazing experience with Scott at Pick It and Stick It!
I visited several tattoo studios in Eureka Springs and unfortunately had a terrible first interaction at Ritual and Radiant. From the moment I walked in, I felt judged based on my appearance and the questions I asked. The artists were rude and treated me like I couldn't afford their services. They told me they would answer my questions after they finished what they were working on, but instead they ignored me and immediately helped the lady who walked in behind me, covered head to toe in Nike gear.
I guess they didn't notice the giant diamond on my hand that's worth thousands. It shouldn't matter what someone is wearing or what they look like. If you don't wear name-brand clothing or don't look like you can throw down thousands for a tattoo, I honestly wouldn't even recommend stepping foot in that shop. No one should be judged by their appearance before they've even had a chance to speak.
That experience completely discouraged me, but I still really wanted to get a tattoo, so I decided to stop by Pick It and Stick It.
The difference was night and day. As soon as I walked in, Scott welcomed me with open arms, even though the shop was busy. He answered all of my questions right away and never made me feel like an outcast or a broke bum. When you're getting a tattoo, the last thing you want is a jerk permanently altering your body, and you definitely won't find that at Pick It and Stick It.
Scott was extremely professional, the shop was spotless, and there was never a moment that I felt uncomfortable or nervous. He is a genuine professional who doesn't judge people based on their appearance or the questions they ask, unlike my experience at Ritual and Radiant. He was quick, thorough, and his work speaks for itself. I left the shop impressed not only by his art but also by the great conversation. He's a genuinely down-to-earth, honest guy who clearly loves what he does.Not to mention, the pricing was incredible.

“Tom O'Connell was our artist and even though it was a simple lettering of our favorite song, he did amazing. Hes great with lettering and fine lines.
