I came looking / hoping these guys could help with re-lacing and a tightening solution for a type of drum I was fairly certain they'd never had experience with. I left far more satisfied than I had imagined! Competent, honest, friendly straight-shooters! I'll be a return customer!
I had a great experience with New World Drums. I finally reconnected with them to get my frame drum re-headed. After 15 years of use, reaching back to when Jason apprenticed, the head finally gave way. I was so glad to get the drum back into the right hands for repair. It looks and sounds beautiful. Thank you for restoring a valued drum in my collection!
The Pocket Ashiko is beautiful and sturdy enough for kids - I teach children and they also love this drum - but still a comfortable size for adults to hold and play. It has a gorgeous tone and I love the tuning option!
