HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR UPDATE (August 18, 2025) Island Airco scheduled me for Monday when I called after hours on Saturday. Cristina was delightful, and Misty and Joy followed up immediately. DAWSON showed up on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had the A/C blowing cold in a matter of minutes! As usual, my dogs were a bit annoying, but Dawson remain focused on the repair, and treated them with kindness and respect. From scheduling after hours on a weekend, to friendly, effective and PROMPT repairs, Island Airco is truly commited to providing impeccable customer service. They have my highest recommendation, and are an asset to the NWA community. My thanks to you all.
