Chris came and was able to fix it, replacing the pump and sealing some joins that were leaking. “Had a HVAC sensor problem. Abby came out, took care of the problem and while here she replaced our air filter downstairs. She has been to our house before. She is personable and knowledgeable. Does a great job. Have never had a problem with any of the techs from OnTime. Never nervous about who they send. We have a membership which covered the service so no cost to us which was great“

They did a great job installing a garbage disposal at a very reasonable price relative to competition. Very professional and nice folks to work with, most importantly transparent about pricing. Called them on a second occasion as well. Michael is amazing, so would highly recommend him. Great experience on the scheduling side as well and aligning windows of availability, which they stuck to. While that may seem basic, not many home improvement and maintenance businesses commit to timeframes, somehow too many expect the customer to work on their schedule. Hoover Plumbing was a pleasant and sharp contrast to that, so would easily recommend them.“
