Madden to the rescue once again. In my attempt to replace an old shower cartridge, it became apparent that the cartridge was ceased in its cylinder. When I contacted Jon Madden, he walked me through some trouble shooting efforts to dislodge the cartridge. When those efforts didn't work, Mr Madden came out and put his expertise to work. Within a few minutes he had the old cartridge out and the new cartridge installed. He then gave me a rate that not even Ebenezer Scrooge could have complained about!! Spencer and his crew did a wonderful job. They capped off some old pipes, relocated and installed a new water heater, and installed new appliances. Couldn't be happier with their work.
