We always call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs. They come out anytime we need them, night or day, even weekends or holidays. They never charge us overtime. They give a window of when they’ll come. And they actually come in it! Last time when they couldn’t make it within the timeframe they had said, they called twice to apologize and tell us we were next as soon as someone was freed up. They call when they’re on the way, too. And the folks are always friendly, and good at what they do. We’ve shopped around for cheaper prices, and have gotten cheaper, shoddier work which has needed to be redone. Now we just call Roto Rooter first.
