“I had to use Eagle Sevice twice. The first time was to have a hot water heater installed, the second was the have a line hydro jetted. Both times they were able to get me scheduled same day, arrived promptly at the promised time and did great work at a very reasonable rate. “We called our plumber (SpencerDennis) after receiving $90 water bill. Spencer came out the day of the call and we searched for the possible leak under concrete driveway. Spencer referred to a company from B’ham that specializes in locating water leaks under concrete. The next day I searched our property high and low for water standing and found it near our carport in the supply line from the meter. Finding the spot was not Spencer’s fault it was mine because I told him I thought it was under the concrete due to water standing. Spencer promptly returned that day and made the repairs as needed. His professionalism and having the tools and parts needed on his truck is why we use his service. I think the term used in the service industry is “you get what you pay for” if you need a plumber call Marble City Plumbing. Oh by the way the water standing in the driveway was where our oldest grandson washes his truck twice a week ?“

“My contractor grade hot water tank failed after only a few years, and I decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater. I received several estimates, but Spencer took the extra time to explain to my wife the installation process and how it would work. Several plumbers suggested installing it outside in order to make the exhaust run simpler. Spencer installed it indoors where I never have to worry about frozen pipes. He was undaunted by routing the exhaust outside, a clear indicator of his experience. The price was fair, the work professional, and I am so glad I got a tankless water heater from Cahaba Valley Plumbing! He even told me how to apply for a rebate from my service provider.“

“I called Johns Plumbing about a leaking valve. Given that we were in the middle of a winter storm, they sent a team out within a reasonable time. The valve was installed in an awkward position, and it looked like they would have to tear out a lot of the surrounding sheetrock to repair it. Marvin and his helper fixed the problem within a few hours without tearing out much sheetrock. They found a wood panel to cover the area. The panel will probably be a temporary solution, but it works for now and was a nice consideration. This is the second time John's has helped us. The quality has been very good and prices are reasonable. I recommend them. Richard Bailey“
