I received several estimates, but Spencer took the extra time to explain to my wife the installation process and how it would work. Several plumbers suggested installing it outside in order to make the exhaust run simpler. Spencer installed it indoors where I never have to worry about frozen pipes. He was undaunted by routing the exhaust outside, a clear indicator of his experience.
