Reviews
One thing Ill say is they are professionals who actually know what they are doing. They fixed our heating system right before the big freeze last week. The furnace would kick on for two minutes and then shut right back off, leaving the house freezing. The repair tech diagnosed a dirty flame sensor and a clogged drain line almost immediately.
Instead of telling me I needed a whole new system like the last company did, he just cleaned the parts, tested the gas pressure, and got it running warm and steady. That kind of honesty wins a customer for life.
Such a breath of fresh air dealing with real professionals. I tried to install a smart thermostat myself last weekend and totally crossed the furnace wires, blowing the main fuse on the control board. Felt like an absolute idiot.
Called Engle Services and the tech they sent out didnt make me feel bad about it at all. He fixed my wiring mess, got the Nest unit mounted perfect, and walked me through the app setup. Great service and worth every penny.
