I had a leak in my boiler system and was referred to Sheldon. He came out to check the boiler first and discuss what our course of action would be and came back another day. What we thought to be an easy fix, turned into a bit of a boiler nightmare. Through the whole process, Sheldon took the time to explain everything that was happening, everything he was doing and what our next steps should be. He couldn't finish the first day but came back ready to 'finish' the next. Low and behold, some more surprises came up and again he was super helpful through the whole process. He stayed late, finished up and even apologized for the delay. My opinion the delay was far from his fault, this boiler has not been kind to me.
Thank you Sheldon for showing me that there are honest and helpful plumbers who are actually competent as well as human.

I have fallen in love with my hair again. I also brought my daughter in for a Pixi cut and she also left loving her hair and excited to show all her friends. Went in for my first haircut in about 4 years with the delightful Kennedy. I came in with an idea in mind, and a picture of roughly what I was thinking about and she was spot on. She was easy to chat with, always asked if I wanted layers higher or lower, if I was happy with the result or wanted to change anything. It was overall a wonderful experience, I would go see her again in a heart beat! Thank you for making my hair look fun again!

Desirea does such an amazing job with my lashes! I get so many compliments on them and love how they look every time. I prefer a more natural look with just a little extra oomph and she always delivers. I always look like myself just slightly more awake lol I have hooded eyes and she knows exactly how to do my lashes to make my eyes appear larger and not weighed down. I didn't realize that it was a cash only business, and Robin was fantastic with letting me leave, grab some money, and come back. That to me, was above and beyond. Today (Christmas Day) my hot water tank stopped working. I posted on a fb group asking if anyone could help me with why it wouldn’t work. Many ppl suggested different things but Jason was amazing. He reached out to me and we messaged back and forth trying different things and then we called him. He went through some things with us and well they didn’t work. It turned out we needed a new thermocouple. Jason came on Christmas and fixed our hot water tank. He was very reasonable priced and didn’t gauge us for it being Christmas and after hours. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to come and fix it. So not only is he a great knowledgeable plumber he is very reasonably priced! Thank you so much Jason for getting us hot water and not breaking the bank by not charging out rages fees for it being Christmas Day and after hours! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON FOR ANY OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!

Finally a reputable business. I discouvered that i had water under my water tank. I called Jeets as he was highly recommended to me. He said he could be there at 10am the next day, and he was! He found the problem within minutes and replaced a faulty relief valve. Spent the time to give me some pointers on the water tank, and some advice on maintaining my humdifier. I would and will recommend his service to anyone!

I went in here recently with a safe I needed opened, and Daryl at the front counter was very friendly, popped it open for me in no time, and sent me on my way without charging me. He even offered to help me carry it back out to my car, which I really appreciated. Before I came in I had called and spoke to a woman who was very sweet, and the shop itself was well put together and very clean. Very grateful to be treated so well and helped so quickly. And as a side note the safe i brought in was empty and the keys had been locked inside of it- pretty dumb I know, but Daryl didnt make me FEEL dumb. And that alone is worth 5 stars. Thanks for being a good human!

They have seen me before, but I was embarrassed to tell them about loosing my bottom denture, however they were very gracious saying it happens to alot of people. They helped me work through a new dental insurance with no problem. I was on a real time crunch, wanted to have them for graduation. They were very willing in accommodating my timeliness. I would recommend Alix to anyone. I have been to physio therapy, acupuncture, massage and none of the places I have gone have given me as much relief and healing as I have received so far with Alix. She has helped me correct imbalances in my bones and joints that have been there for years and I have only been going for a few months now. As well as helping me process a lot of grief and trauma. Very relaxing sessions, cosy atmosphere and she is a wonderful person who tailors her specialties to whatever you need. Whether mental, physical or emotional she can address it in her sessions.
I tried craniosacral therapy today with Laurie. I didn’t really know what to expect. It felt a little strange at first—but also really calming.
When she started at my feet, she mentioned my right side wasn’t flowing well, and I could actually feel that. As she moved to my stomach and lower back—areas that are usually painful for me because of years of intense menstrual pain—I was surprised that I could slowly start to relax.
The most interesting part was when she worked on my neck and head. I felt this tingling, almost like a soft massage inside my brain. It was deeply relaxing. I carry a lot of tension in my jaw, head, and neck, and it felt like something was finally letting go.
Afterward, I had this cool wave or shiver go through my body and felt chilled for about an hour. I don’t fully understand it, but it felt like something shifted.
I’ll definitely be going back. 💕
