I went in with a challenge but Michelle absolutely accepted the challenge and gave me my goal hair. I couldn't be happier with not only my hair but how kind & profession Michelle was. She was more than willing to walk me through the process and explain every product she used. She made sure to not damage my hair in anyway while also getting to my dream hair. She uses fantastic products and doesn't rush the process as good hair really does require the time and effort. Genuinely have next had a hairdresser check all my boxes like Michelle does from cutt to color to conversation.
