My parents and I just had a bit of a medical situation and the staff was great. Incredibly friendly, caring and so helpful. Not flooring related but a testament to how incredible the people are. This is now my only flooring destination. If the staff can handle, with grace, and compassion, what happened today, they can handle any issues that come with construction or renos. Thank you for all your help. You guys are amazing. I can't wait to meet you again
We just had our flooring done with flooring superstore and we were very pleased with our experience. Great pricing, quick turnaround time for booking the installation, and overall good experience. Ron was very helpful in store and over email. Neil & Carla did the installation and they did an incredible job! They went above and beyond to make sure that it looked great. Thanks so much!
