I’ve been to multiple different lash techs/places and Black Star Beauty is hands down the best place to get lashes. I’ve gone for about 6 years - sometimes taking a year long break in between getting them again.
Each time I’ve gone to BSB has been a great experience. I always know what to expect because the staff write down notes on what length and style you like. They are so friendly and quick at their work, while maintaining a level of expertise.
Over the countless time I’ve gotten lashes done here, only one time my retention wasn’t the best. I explained what was going on the Chrystina, she immediately resolved the issue. I highly recommend this beauty salon!
