“I tried craniosacral therapy today with Laurie. I didn’t really know what to expect. It felt a little strange at first—but also really calming.

When she started at my feet, she mentioned my right side wasn’t flowing well, and I could actually feel that. As she moved to my stomach and lower back—areas that are usually painful for me because of years of intense menstrual pain—I was surprised that I could slowly start to relax.

The most interesting part was when she worked on my neck and head. I felt this tingling, almost like a soft massage inside my brain. It was deeply relaxing. I carry a lot of tension in my jaw, head, and neck, and it felt like something was finally letting go.
