“2nd time I’ve ordered and had blinds installed- as we moved. Amazing every time!”
“I wanted to share my experience with Oriel Windows because it was honestly excellent.
My builder never finished the inside of my basement windows (I'm still not sure why), so I started calling around for quotes. I contacted six different companies, and five of them basically told me they weren't interested unless I was buying new windows from them.
Then I called Oriel Windows, and I wish I had started with them in the first place.
The estimator came out and had over 20 years of experience, which immediately gave me confidence. Jim, the owner, kept in touch throughout the process, texting me updates on when the materials would arrive. When the installer came, he mentioned he'd been in the business for more than 25 years, and the quality of his work was absolutely flawless.
This is actually the first review I've ever taken the time to write, but I felt they deserved the recognition. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and top-notch.
If I ever need windows or doors in the future, Oriel Windows will be my first call. Thanks again to Jim and the team for such a great experience!”
