Ken's Plumbing Service Ltd. is a business that provides plumbing services, including plumbing pipe repair. They are known for their excellent services, with employees who are fast, friendly, and professional. One customer mentioned that an employee, Corey, took the time to explain everything he was doing and discussed options and pricing. However, there have been some issues with appointments and billing. One customer mentioned that they forgot about an appointment and arrived late, while another customer was billed for two hours when they only worked for one. Despite this, customers appreciate their fair prices and kind and respectful employees. They are a trusted choice for both business and home plumbing needs, even for those living in rural areas.
As a new home owner Having Kens plumbing around has been amazing. These guys are great tradesmen and value the customer. Their prices are very fair and they get the job done and have great workmanship.
Their Plumbers have taken the time to explain things to me and teach me how I can ensure my appliances stay and good working order.
i have nothing but good things to say about this company. i have used them twice now and each time they have helped me solved and fixed my problems at hand. fairly price and great service.
These Guys are awesome! I trust them with my business needs and my home problems. I live on an acreage 25 minutes out of Red Deer and they alway make time for us. Prices are very fair and employees are super respectful and kind. The other day I had all our toilets replaced. We had to leave for an appointment and I had no problem asking Cory to please lock up when he was done. I wouldn’t trust just anyone.
