“Glad to say that Pursuit Physio in Red Deer is really great. Got there today for an appointment at 10:30, only to find there was a scheduling mishap where when I called to book additional appointments last week, they had accidentally rescheduled today's instead of making a new one for the week after.

The owner/physiotherapist I'm seeing didn't want anyone else to work with me, since my situation is so complicated, so she booked me into her break at 11:30 so I could still be treated today.

In addition to that, without me even having to ask, they cleared a room for me and got me a pillow, blanket, and hot towels so I could lay down for the hour I had to wait, since I can't sit up for long without intense pain.

I was so appreciative of their efforts to rectify the mishap and make me as comfortable as possible as well. Mishaps happen but they handled it with true professionalism and empathy.

Would highly recommend as I've had nothing but great experiences with them.“
