“Today (Christmas Day) my hot water tank stopped working. I posted on a fb group asking if anyone could help me with why it wouldn’t work. Many ppl suggested different things but Jason was amazing. He reached out to me and we messaged back and forth trying different things and then we called him. He went through some things with us and well they didn’t work. It turned out we needed a new thermocouple. Jason came on Christmas and fixed our hot water tank. He was very reasonable priced and didn’t gauge us for it being Christmas and after hours.
