******UPDATE*****I went back today for a mani that I booked prior to the not so great pedi….And, I’m VERY pleased to say that the service was back to the usual fantastic!!!Redemption for Totally Refreshed Spa!Yes, my previous service was not a positive experience, and I was contacted by the manager shortly after posting my initial review. She was professional, took the time listen to what I was unhappy with, and was understanding. I felt heard and that she and the staff wanted me to have a better experience.Mani today was great! I had a massage and steam- it was so great, my only complaint is that my package was supposed to come with a towel to dry off after the steam and didn’t notice that all they left me with was a face towel….better than nothing I guess! I will still book again but I will be more prepared next time.

Chantell is my waxing/tinting godsend. It took me a long while to find someone who could get my brows to where they need to be - she's also so sweet and efficient at what she does. I enjoy our conversations about our love for our own doggos!Everyone is always so awesome (miss Rhonda - you're the best) and kind and the spa has come a long way from 10 years ago.
