I can't thank the team at Taylor Veterinary Clinic enough for the care and compassion they showed my puppy, Taz.

Today was one of the most stressful and emotional days I've had as a pet owner. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about both Taz and me. They took the time to assess her injury, explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure she was as comfortable as possible.

Taz was diagnosed with a fractured leg, and the team worked quickly to provide her with the care she needed, including placing a temporary cast while we plan for the next steps in her treatment.

Their professionalism, kindness, and compassion made an incredibly difficult day a little easier to get through. I am so grateful for the care they provided and for the way they treated my little girl.

“I wish they had more animals like they use to . Just because they are the only pet store around who acctually sells pets . Also It would be nice if they would up date the small critter inclosers. They look well used after 20-+ yrs . Also if they had a pee clean up station with wipes or paper towels and cleaner and trash can to clean up our own dogs mess would be nice to . I wanted to clean the pee immediatly and hat to go ask the lady at the til for something to wipe it up and she gave me a peice of paper towel that was not near enough then i asked another lady for a mop and she told me it was fine they would clean it but they must have got busy because the hour I was there the giant puddle wasn't cleaned up . I would have gladly cleaned up my own dogs mess. But besides that they were great ! They even called to check up on how our new pet was adjusting the next evening .“
