“Amazing service and extremely helpful! I called Vince on Saturday with a faulty laptop, which I needed fixed by Monday for work. I got a call a few hours later that the computer was ready to pick up completely fixed!
Vince explained—in detail—everything that he came across, benchmark results, etc. and made himself available at no additional charge for consultation for any other problems.
Not only was the service more affordable than alternatives, Vince was more attentive than I could’ve possibly expected. You can tell he has a passion for this work. The best computer repairman in town! He deserves no less than 5 stars and I couldn’t recommend any other service than his.
Coupled with all of that, he was also extremely kind and communicative. I returned to retrieve my fixed laptop later in the evening with my wife, and he was extremely polite to both of us. We had a nice chat while he waited for my OS to be realigned (a fix he made without any extra charge, just something he said he’d noticed), which was wonderful. If you have a device that needs fixing, you won’t find a better service—or expert—to do so.
