I had a leak in my boiler system and was referred to Sheldon. He came out to check the boiler first and discuss what our course of action would be and came back another day. What we thought to be an easy fix, turned into a bit of a boiler nightmare. Through the whole process, Sheldon took the time to explain everything that was happening, everything he was doing and what our next steps should be. He couldn't finish the first day but came back ready to 'finish' the next. Low and behold, some more surprises came up and again he was super helpful through the whole process. My company sells a lot of goods to Milo and we had an excellent interaction while Sheldon was in our store. SHELDON WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, HELPING AN OLDER LADY WHO CAME INTO OUR STORE AND WAS DESPERATE TO GET A PART FOR HER WELL, INSTEAD OF A WHOLE NEW EJECTOR, SHELDON SPENT A GOOD 15 MINS FIXING THE ONE SHE HAD A++++ FROM SHELDON
