As somone with autism, i have sensory and social issues but she made me feel like I was welcome and safe and that meant a lot to me, she made sure i was comfortable and offered breaks if i needed it. It's now 2025 and I still go here. She's not just a best friend to me, she's family. I will forever be thankful for her wonderful services and kindness she has shown me.

Ashley was so fun to work with. She cut my curly damaged hair perfectly and was so welcoming. During my bridal hair and make up trials she was so fun and excited for me. My wedding party added a hair style last minute and Ashley was more than accommodating. She was fast to respond to messages and super flexible with us not knowing where we are getting ready until the week before the wedding. Everyone looked so good and she was so fun to work with in the get ready room. Everyone loved her, and when one of my bridesmaids kept making me laugh during makeup she just knew when to pause so my makeup turned out perfect. Everything was wonderful! Being a bodyworker myself and have also had experience working in a spa, my expectations were met & exceeded. From the first step into the reception area, the space felt calm & serene. The staff were all very pleasant and happy to have us (myself & friend). Clear instructions, bright, welcoming smiles. We had a 30 min sauna and then each received 60 min massages & 60 min facial treatments. All of which were LOVELY and again, staff were so accommodating and welcoming - eager to grab our baskets of belongings for us and we moved from one session tp the next, refill waters, and answer any questions we had pertaining to the services! She's learned to almost everything independently however her nails are a challenge for obvious reasons. Dana was extremely cautious & asked questions prior to me even booking the appt. I recently moved to Sun Prairie and needed to find someone to cut and tame my unruly hair. I've always preferred going to an individual stylist rather than one of the chain hair cutters. I read a number of reviews before stumbling across several amazing ones for Dawn at Hair by Dawn. She sounded just like my kind of person! When we connected by phone I got a great positive vibe from her. At my first appointment she welcomed me warmly then asked a ton of questions to help her figure out what I was looking for. She took the time to actually listen. My trouble has always been that I don't know what to do with my hair. Dawn made several suggestions... I felt very comfortable putting myself in her hands. We chatted and got to know each other a bit while she worked her magic. Dawn is a very warm, easy-going, lovely person and is fun to talk to. When she finished I was simply astounded. My hair has never looked so good! It has a great shape and definition now, which it has been lacking for years. I immediately booked another appointment for the following month. I've now had three appointments and have never been happier with the way my hair looks. I look forward to spending time with Dawn at each visit, and I know I'm going to get an amazing cut. I would give her 10 stars if possible, and really can't recommend her highly enough. I should also add that I am very impressed by her salon. It is so clean, light, relaxing, uncluttered and airy. I absolutely love this place! They're awesome! I love the Russian Manicure. I never heard of it before coming here. You should see how nicely my nails grow because of it! The polish lasts a long time too! It's only growing out from the top. There are absolutely no chips at the end of my nails. I wash and use my hands quite a bit. The services they provide are fantastic, but the skills and the outstanding friendliness and professionalism is why I will return. Awesome place to visit! I'm glad I found them, they've found a forever customer! :)

Got a cut from melody and I had one hour to do a high fade on my lunch break. And she lined me up and faded my cut just how I wanted. She was very passionate and talented. I will be coming back and they are very flexible here. She even helped me with a great shampoo and conditioner for my scalp.
I have the curse of straight, asian lashes and the lash lift CURLS them! This is with mascara on but I love how dramatic they look. I wake up and don’t have to curl them. The appointment was very relaxing and quick. Shelly only took about half an hour for a lash lift and tint and was very informative about after care instructions!

The two negative leaning reviews apparently have a gripe with someone specific. Actually, when I began with these words I was still under the impression that the name of this place was something nearby. So I deleted everything and waited till now to revisit. My wife and daughter both are very happy about their relationship with their beautician (Jenna) at this place. As the driver for my daughter, I am writing merely to state this facility is far nicer than any place my wife, my daughter, and myself as well, can say I have been to in all of the greater Madison area in 22 years. My wife's hair is very much the reason I fell in love with her 28years ago. Jenna is currently her go to gal for her amazingly beautiful head of curls. Coley, my daughter (nickname) has her mothers curls, but my texture I guess. As a baby she had my blonde. I miss that time. If my hair was still what it was just five years ago I wouldn't hesitate to be here for the hair care I once demanded. These days I'm just happy I still have hair and it's not quite as grey as I see myself when looking in the mirror. We can't choose our neighbors or our follicles.

Lulu did a great job improving my brows! They had been plucked and waxed nearly out of existence in the 2000s and never fully grew back; they were asymmetrical, obviously, and did nothing for my face. Lulu was able to create something from what was there that looked decent and definitely helped my face. She also gave me great advice in applying makeup to enhance my natural features.

Dan and Ian came the same day I called. They explained my options: repair or remove bidet. Ian fixed the problems and we were able to keep the bidet. They arrived timely, were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, all of which inspired confidence. I will call Cardinal for any future plumbing, electrical, heating, or cooling problems. Service was exceptional! Price included a Cardinal membership; the charge for the service call was very fair.
I was in need of a water heater replacement. After calling a couple of the bigger shops in the area - with one very disengaging experience with an AI receptionist - I ended up calling Oliver plumbing. So glad I did.
Ron answered while on the road - after a 5 minute phone call he already knew what kind of job it would be, provided an estimate, and we set something on the schedule for the replacement.
Replacement day went quite smoothly - he was able to remove the old heater, coordinate delivery of the new one, and install it. There was one wrinkle with the home inspection on account of a code change requiring some extra work, but Ron was transparent about it and we got another afternoon scheduled to take care of that piece.
Ron is a one-man operation - so all of his work is backed up by his name and reputation. And I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Being a one-man shop you might have to be flexible in scheduling your work as there isn't a shop full of folks to coordinate the work, but he is clearly knowledgeable in the work he does and takes pride in the quality of it. Highly recommend Oliver Plumbing!!
Mike G. Did a wonderful job of servicing my Heating and Cooling unit. A lot of the problems that I had were due to the poor design of the Architect on the building itself for exhausting the system, especially needing to exhaust the warm air in air-conditioning mode. Mike found to work around and we also installed a new 20 amp breaker as the 20 amp breaker we had was getting weak. Mike was very communicative with us. He was very straightforward and very honest that I appreciate very much and I would highly recommend Action to anyone.

Jen's Home Improvement Pro's is a great way to take all of the leg work of finding the right contractor for your home improvement needs. Jen gets a good look at what work you need to have done and then she has a list of qualified professionals that are experts in painting, carpentry, and whatever types of expertise is needed. She brought a small army of contactors by my place mostly at the same time so they could walk around and provide quotes to her.I was having the entire inside of my place painted as well as some major reconstruction of damaged and destroyed drywall areas. In between the original quote and the start date of the job, I had an issue where the guest room downstairs flooded from a broken shower pipe upstairs and the closet was completely destroyed by ServPro because they needed to get to where the water damage was and fix/dry it. I immediately contacted Jen who promptly got contractors out their to re-quote the job to include the repair of the guest room closet.The contractor we went with for everything was Estrella Painting. They did a fantastic job with everything. The painting was very professional and the wall repair was amazing!!I would highly recommend Jen's Home Improvement for your home repair jobs. Big or small, she'll find the right person for your job. In addition to great professional services, she also provides great communication via your phone or text, meaning you don't have to actually call her up every time you talk to her. You can leave a text message and she gets back very promptly. You can also pay online and sign contracts online. Very convenient!
We have been living in our home built by Miller Custom Homes for almost 5 years. We unfortunately plan to move soon and it is becoming bittersweet because I truly love our home. Thinking about our future move triggered this review because we have never had one issue with our home build - none whatsoever. I’ve heard many of our neighbors have leaky windows, crooked windows, siding that needs replacing, etc.We worked with Jim who was wonderful. I would build with Miller Custom Homes on repeat. If you are looking for a quality built home from bottom to top, this is your company!
Mosquito Joe is the best! I have had them out to spray before weddings and my farm - so professional, and wonderful to work with. Recently, we have had major wasp issues. Seth came out and removed the hives and made sure my honey bees were safe. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!
Immediate results. We were dealing with an influx of bees/wasps and they were EVERYWHERE. They came out and within 48 hrs I've seen an immediate difference. The kids and I are not dodging them left and right. We've been able to be outside all weekend with no issue and I no longer see them trying to get into the siding. Very reasonable price too! Nate and his team were fantastic throughout the process. We have a very challenging space for numerous reasons, and the team worked through several potential ideas, landing on a design that we would've never thought of that is a wonderful solution for our tough backyard. It's clear that they enjoy all phases of the process. Nate and the team are creative, hard-working, very attentive to detail, and they execute so well. When curveballs came up during any of the phases, they had no problems addressing them and coming up with solutions. Our job site was tidied up nicely at the end of each day, and the big project stayed on budget. We couldn't be more impressed by the work Four of Six did and what this small (and very mighty) team was able to pull off for us. This is a wonderful place. Had to come in for the first time for a dental emergency. Everyone was so pleasant and really explained everything well. I had to bring my 4 year old son in with me and they were so great with him. I have now established my primary dental care here and have never felt more comfortable in a dental setting. I went in as a emergency patient and both the dental hygenist and dentist were kind and thorough. They asked me many questions, doing x-rays and checking others things making sure everything was OK. I left knowing my teeth were fine and I had nothing to worry about. Extremely satisfied.

In November I experienced the.worst.pain.ever after a simple reach for a puzzle piece. I was able to see Dr. Ballweg the same day! My life was put on hold; I couldn’t sit or lay down due to excruciating pain in my leg and back, sleep was rare.
Over the course of several weeks he gave his full, compassionate attention to the evolving descriptions of my discomfort. He provided precise treatment 2-3 times per week. He also provided consult with the physical therapist for coordinated care of my back.
While the forecast for full relief was 3+ months, I went back to regular activities in less than 2 months. I continue the prescribed physical therapy exercises and Dr. Ballweg monitors my improvement monthly. I hope I never experience that pain again, but I am confident if I do, Dr. Ballweg will be my first call!
My Border Aussie puppy named Cash just had his first appointment here on January 12th 2026.... and I cannot say enough fabulous things about every staff member there! They were so caring, kind, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable! They took so much time to answer any and all questions. Love love this place. Dr. Kim is beyond amazing as is Dr. Beth. I will not take my animals anywhere else. I love the front end with the customer service (my people) I enjoy everytime I bring my animals in. The caring and love they show, not only with the knowledge that they keep up with but with the relationship they have with the animals they treat. I have the most respect for them.
I appreciate the honesty of the vets. They really want what’s best for your pet, not just order expensive tests. Vet care is overpriced but they treat me with respect and offer my dog her best life, it’s worth it.
Highly recommend. Sandie has a lot of experience and does an amazing job at targeting your specific trouble spots. She also had great feedback on how to reduce muscle strain while working at a desk full time. You get a FULL hour of massage time. It seems like a lot of places I have been to recently, count the settling in and dressing time as part of the massage time. Sandie does not do this. It is a full hour of actual massage.
This is a great place for a massage. Cici is the person who has helped me recover from back pain over the last few weeks. I also recommended the massage therapist, Cici, to my wife who has tight shoulders and neck. My wife said that it was one of her best massage. You will not be disappointed, and the price is right.

Very responsive to individual preference for deep tissue massage combined with stretches of tight quads. Attentive to tolerance threshold while sticking to the objective of getting deep into the muscle tissues. ALWAYS feel better afterwards!

I have really enjoyed this school. Was given all the teaching and instruction I need, to the point where on the last week before test time, you are just polishing up stuff to feel more confident. This school is perfect for individuals who have minor experience in driving and can listen to directions and if you have no experience at all, there are many people who come here with no experience at all and leave with CDL in hand, if you listen to their instructions, you get the training you need to get your CDL. I have not tested yet, but I can confidently say that if I don't pass on my first try, it's no one's fault but my own, I have been given everything I need to pass. They do go out of their way a little bit to give some special attention to individuals who are struggling a little bit. There is no reason for anybody to not leave this school with their CDL if they follow instructions and listen to the instructors. I see a few reviews of people complaining about the attitude of the instructors, you got to realize these guys are experienced truckers, they are not baby sitters, these are guys who have a lot of miles on the road, they have the experience to teach you how to drive, that's what they are there for, just remember, they are adult male truckers, if you're sensitive, Matt might make you cry lol. The driving instructors are serious about safety while driving these trucks on the roads, so if they snap at you about listening to instructions, its because they take seriously the safety of our roads.
