Lulu was able to create something from what was there that looked decent and definitely helped my face. She also gave me great advice in applying makeup to enhance my natural features.“

While I got a very positive vibe from the get-go based on my phone calls with Sage, I wasn’t expecting the appointment to be so personal and enjoyable, but it was! That might sound silly, but the consultation with Mandi was so nice. She was friendly and warm, and she really listened and shared some great knowledge. She truly wanted to help me troubleshoot my skincare problems, and she suggested routines and products, but without being pushy or pressuring me into purchases. She made me feel understood and also excited to approach my skincare with some new products. At the end of the appointment, I chatted with Sage again as she helped me get my products packed up and scheduled my next appointment. She was so warm and friendly. I really appreciate such a great experience and I’m looking forward to going back for my follow-up visit with Mandi in several weeks.“

“Highly recommend. Sandie has a lot of experience and does an amazing job at targeting your specific trouble spots. She also had great feedback on how to reduce muscle strain while working at a desk full time. You get a FULL hour of massage time. It seems like a lot of places I have been to recently, count the settling in and dressing time as part of the massage time. Sandie does not do this. It is a full hour of actual massage.“

“The two negative leaning reviews apparently have a gripe with someone specific. Actually, when I began with these words I was still under the impression that the name of this place was something nearby. So I deleted everything and waited till now to revisit. My wife and daughter both are very happy about their relationship with their beautician (Jenna) at this place. As the driver for my daughter, I am writing merely to state this facility is far nicer than any place my wife, my daughter, and myself as well, can say I have been to in all of the greater Madison area in 22 years. My wife's hair is very much the reason I fell in love with her 28years ago. Jenna is currently her go to gal for her amazingly beautiful head of curls. Coley, my daughter (nickname) has her mothers curls, but my texture I guess. As a baby she had my blonde. I miss that time. If my hair was still what it was just five years ago I wouldn't hesitate to be here for the hair care I once demanded. These days I'm just happy I still have hair and it's not quite as grey as I see myself when looking in the mirror. We can't choose our neighbors or our follicles.“
