I read a number of reviews before stumbling across several amazing ones for Dawn at Hair by Dawn. She sounded just like my kind of person! When we connected by phone I got a great positive vibe from her. At my first appointment she welcomed me warmly then asked a ton of questions to help her figure out what I was looking for. She took the time to actually listen. My trouble has always been that I don't know what to do with my hair. Dawn made several suggestions... I felt very comfortable putting myself in her hands. We chatted and got to know each other a bit while she worked her magic. Dawn is a very warm, easy-going, lovely person and is fun to talk to. When she finished I was simply astounded. My hair has never looked so good! It has a great shape and definition now, which it has been lacking for years. I immediately booked another appointment for the following month. I've now had three appointments and have never been happier with the way my hair looks. I look forward to spending time with Dawn at each visit, and I know I'm going to get an amazing cut. I would give her 10 stars if possible, and really can't recommend her highly enough. I should also add that I am very impressed by her salon. It is so clean, light, relaxing, uncluttered and airy.
