“Sandie is awesome! It is great to see a woman-owned, professional business doing great work! She has her own quiet space that is just right. There is no big, fancy studio to have to wait in. She was ready and friendly as soon as I got there.She has experience and professionalism. You can feel her passion for helping others instantly! She was able the hone in on trouble spots that she found without needing to ask a ton of questions. She was very knowledgeable of weightlifting stressors and gave great pointers to avoid muscle damage in the future. I would highly recommend her!“
