They provide SUPERIOR service onsite and customer service over the phone. (Cindy is just the BEST.) Recently my furnace went out and from the time I called to having someone come to my house was within 30 minutes. I had quotes, and a timeline of work within 2 hours. The service team that worked on my furnace and April Aire system, Lucas and Cody, are AMAZING! They are highly skilled craftsmen, tremendous attention to detail, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, timely, and kind. They took the time to explain the process and what they would do, cleaned up the work area well, and when done, they showed me all the features and functions of my new furnace and April Aire - not to mention taking the time to show me how to use and program my new thermostats. “The Duct On Call crew was very professional and friendly. They came in and unclogged the dryer vent in a relatively short period of time. They explained the process as they cleared the lint that was stuck in the vent, and I was very pleased with the outcome of their service.
