“I am kicking myself for not writing this review at least 10 years ago when Mack first did some service for us on our central air when we had a problem which turned out to be a refrigerant leak. He was than as he is now nothing but honest and fair with his work and his pricing. He never tries to sell you something you dont need he fixes what needs to be fixed and tells you what you need to know about what hes done and the life expectancy of your furnace or air conditioner. He has been there when we needed service or something replaced as our central air needed after 20 plus years and at less cost than the other places I called for estimates and he didn't try to sell me a new furnace to go with it just replaced the air conditioner and told me it would work with a new furnace when the time came well the time came this past April when the furnace finally decided to die after 30 plus years after Mack had gotten it running for us once in March and we talked about it's service life coming to an end and how a new one would be more efficient. So when it died again the last week of April I called Mack and he said he would be there May 1st at 930am and be done by 130pm. He was there at 9:00am early as he always is which I appreciate I dont know about anyone else and they were done by a little before 1pm. He sold me what I needed for a great price and he and his son did great work matching the furnace to the old duct work and filter system which he told us didn't need to be replaced and gave us info for getting a better filter thats easier to replace. Yes I know its a long review but Mack and his son are deserving of it. You get nothing from him but quality work at a fair price.“

“On 2/4/2026 our 2011 Carrier furnace wouldn't stay running and was filling our home with toxic gas.

Lucas answered on the second ring and got us a new, two stage Armstrong furnace the same day! The quality of the furnace and sheet metal is outstanding. I'm not the one who paid for the work to be done, i just kind of happened to be around while they were working and they were very friendly towards me.
