We have completed two projects with Degnan. The first, in 2024, was a major remodel of our main level in addition to other items we added to the scope. The second, in 2025, was a smaller project where they rebuilt our deck and converted a screened porch to a 4 season room. We could not be happier with the outcome of both projects. I recommend them for this simple reason, when there were delays, mistakes, changes of mind, unexpected issues, etc. (which there always are), they followed through on their commitments and made it clear that wanting their clients (us) to be happy was a top priority. In the end, we got what we wanted and love our new space.
Matt and his team were amazing start to finish. We had a water leak from our plumbing and had to tear out our hardwood floors. They worked with us quickly to get our bathroom up and running again. Communication was great and the craftsmanship of the project is flawless. If I ever need more tile work done, I am hiring Tile Specialists!
RHD helped us with a small kitchen remodel project. From the initial space saving design to the final finished remodel, they were enjoyable to work with, skilled, respectful, and very responsive to our schedule and requests. The job required design, plumbing, tiling, custom cabinetry, appliances installation, trim work, and carpentry. Like all remodel projects, there were unforeseen pitfalls that they skillfully worked around and found creative solutions including the installation of a new door. They were up front with expenses and provided budget friendly options when requested. Overall a very positive experience and we are very satisfied with our new kitchen!

My well pump broke the other day, It was in a really old well and we were completely without water. My in-laws were coming into town for the 4th and it was really hot outside. multiple people were in need of showers. I called water wells in the morning and I had a new well pump installed by the evening. Everything was all ready to go the next morning, and my water pressure has never been better. A1 Septic handled both our routine maintenance and an emergency with exceptional professionalism.
I emailed them at 10 PM for regular system pumping and had a response with available appointment times first thing the next morning. A few days later when our septic alarm went off, I called at 3 PM and they were at our house at 6 AM the next morning to inspect and pump the system.
Beyond the quick response times, their technician took the time to walk me through proper maintenance procedures, including how to clean the effluent filter and other preventive care steps. That kind of customer education is rare and appreciated.
