Bill was wonderful! He was very timely in his responses and the floors look lovely. I moved into a house where the floors had been stained a darker color. Bill knew by looking at photos online that the wood was red oak and could tell me what to expect if I had them refinished. He was able to get it all done in the short timeline I needed. He’s an expert who loves his work and it shows. I highly recommend him!

Bill came to job when he said he could do it. The invoice matched the quote. He did full install. The floors are absolutely gorgeous!! They turned out better than I could have dreamed! I should have done it years ago!!!!

Bill has refinished 3 of our bedroom floors over the last few years. He just did our 3rd bedroom in July. These floors were covered by carpet for the last 50 yrs, but are original floors, so actually about 60 yrs old. He did a beautiful job in making the floors look new again. The room Bill just refinished was the worst of our 3 rooms and when we pulled the carpet up, I wasn't too sure if he would be able to make it look good again, but no problem. We also had an Amish table we bought at Don's Oak in Madison. The table was about 16 yrs old and I never liked the finish of the table as anything wet that was put on the table would stain.
