HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've been seeing Kimberly for years and years and I'm always really happy with her and her work. I used to fly in from NYC regularly, making it a priority to stop and see her every few months. She's better than anyone else I've found and has fixed what others have botched! I'm now up North and I'll happily make a day trip (with a toddler!) just to see her. She's that good. She's incredibly knowledgeable, takes time to explain the muscles in your face and how they'll move or not, answers all the questions, errs on the side of caution, and doesn't oversell. Kimberly is a dream!
Yesterday, I had my very first facial, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have rosacea, very sensitive skin, and I've been struggling with hormonal acne, so I was a little nervous going into my appointment. I received a HydraFacial with Erin, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
The treatment room was spotless, comfortable, and relaxing, and the lobby was warm and welcoming. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming! What I appreciated most was that Erin explained every step of the process as she went along, which immediately put me at ease and helped me understand exactly what was happening with my skin.
