Mr. Electric provided outstanding customer service! I called to schedule an appt. for outlet work and was scheduled for the end of the week. I soon received a call stating they could come the next day due to a cancelation. The technician came the next day within the window of time provided and did an excellent job! Not only did Juan do an excellent job, but also displayed respect for my home and wore covers on his shoes. Juan was extremely efficient and got the job done with no issues!! I would highly recommend Mr. Electric to anyone looking for an electrician!

I had a small electrical issue and wasn’t sure I could find someone willing to help. Mr. Electric responded within 30 minutes, scheduled the appointment for a convenient time, showed up when they said they would and fixed the issue quickly. The electrician was great - explained what he needed to do and was very courteous.

Juan was the technician from Mr. Electric that completed my home projects. I am delighted with the company and will definitely call them for any further needs. Juan was timely, very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I was confident and very comfortable with his presence. Juan completed my electrical projects in reasonable time, provided thoughtful consultation and overall did a fantastic job!!
