Angel and 24x7 Deck Builders did an awesome job with our deck replacement. Our old wood deck was over 20yrs old and rotting apart. Angel made the process painless and very accommodating. They were able to do some custom modifications to blend the deck into my existing screen porch with better than expected results!! His quote was very competitive and reasonable! The local building inspector said it was the first time he had worked with 24x7 Deck Builders and he was very impressed with the quality craftsmanship and cooperation with local codes. I would recommend 24x7 for any type of projects.
Everyone did a great job. Bryce diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner. Jesse put together several alternatives for dealing with the problem and explained the pluses and minuses of each option. We decided to replace our air conditioner and furnace at the same time. Jesse and Seth installed everything with minimal fuss, and Jesse explained the features of the new equipment. Each one was responsive to our requests, and they were very patient in dealing with our questions. We would recommend Aire Serve to anyone with heating or a/c problems.

The budget and timeline were clear with progress reports provided throughout. Jodie and Maria are responsive, professional, and incredibly talented at what they do! We went from not being happy in our space, to loving our home, something we didn’t think could be possible! Our only regret is not contacting them sooner!
We had such a wonderful experience with CTW Design Center when we built our new home. Seth, our sales rep, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Seth helped us pick out all our flooring and tile work. Madison Property Restoration (MPR) responded quickly to my request for help with water damage and mold issues caused by leaks in the kitchen. They did a great job of diagnosing the source of the leaks and identifying the extent of the damage. All members of the team were very professional during the water and mold mitigation, demo and rebuild phases of the project. MPR staff worked with our insurance company and provided all necessary documentation to ensure we got reimbursed in a timely fashion. I was pleased with the fact that they would be able to rebuild the damaged cabinets to match the original cabinets. We really appreciated the effort they took to make sure we could still use our kitchen while the cabinets were being rebuilt. I hope I never have an issue like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Madison Property Restoration.

It is a beautiful tree, and we are following the extensive and helpful post-installation recommendations they provided. Great place to purchase a good-sized and freshly transplanted tree!

We have used Avant twice, once in our old house on a small project on which Tim worked with us, and now on a larger project in our new house with Becky. Both people were easy to work with, and did an excellent job determining what we wanted, and explained the process fully.
On our most recent job, Becky checked in with us several times, and was flexible when we made some changes to the plan once we got to know our new property better. The staff who did the landscaping and planting were thorough, and friendly. The quality of the plantings are excellent. Becky always responded quickly if we had questions. She had good understanding of different types of plants and trees that would work well on our property and happily educated us on why she was choosing them. We would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We called Design Electric for something minor a few years ago and they were so nice about it that we called them again recently when we needed some major electrical work done -- replacement of a damaged electrical mast on the roof. The electrical work needed to be done before the roofer could start work, but Design Electric was pretty well booked up. So this is in part a shout-out to RJ, who managed to fit our job into their schedule and coordinate with MG&E to get the work done on time for the roofing to start. The electricians who did the work were great -- efficient and very nice to work with -- and the scheduler was also pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Design Electric.
Wow! Customer service at its absolute BEST! Jeff and Shelby took care of helping my husband and I with our downstairs family room and bathroom. 158 sq. yards of carpet, new bathroom floor and vanity. Their installers were amazing as well…no scratches on the newly painted walls! Their professionalism and caring attitude is second to none!

Bliffert Lumber is wonderful. The staff are incredibly helpful, communicative about delivery timing, and offer to pickup unused supplies for a return. They helped us with a deck design and coordinated with their other lumber yard to deliver us hardwood flooring they personally didn't have in stock. 10 outta 10. Much better than a big box store.
Bret Rhodes performance was stellar during final task cleanup and closeout of our window replacement job and for the entire siding replacement job. He handled all issues in the field in an excellent fashion, from organizational and weather challenges to answering our questions regarding materials, workmanship and timing of the job tasks.
We had the sewer back up into our basement. Roto-Rooter was there early the following morning ( less than an hour after calling). Our contractor was fantastic. He was professional, thorough, and was kind enough to explain every step of the process. He did a great job clearing our sewer line, performing a thorough inspection, and cleaning everything up. Will definitely be using them again if we ever had sewer issues again.

This is the second time we’ve had to have our roof replaced because of hail damage. The last time was in 2011 and we went with the Ganser Company. We were very pleased with the work back then, so we contacted the Ganser Company for this recent damage.Marc Ganser came to our home and we immediately felt like we had been friends for a long time. Marc has so much integrity, and he represents that which the company stands for.
Now that our new roof is done, we can only say, well done, Ganser Company and team! The roof is beautiful. The guys that came out did an excellent job and it was done in one day. I have used NatureScape for more years than I can remember. I usually do the 5 applications of weeding & feeding my lawn during the mowing season, and the Fall Aeration & Over Seeding. My lawn is perfect, full, lush, grows evenly and NO dandilions. My neighbors and guests always comment. I am not using the lawn mowing serive yet, but being retired, I will probably ask NatureScape to help with that too at some point.
