I haven't been here since 2014! Jolee was FABULOUS!! She is so knowledgeable about all the different beds and tanning lotions. So glad I chose LA Tan to get ready for our trip to Hawaii!!
Jolee genuinely makes my day everytime I see her!! She is so nice to every customer and always in an amazing mood and constantly carries an high energy, even though I’m sure there’s days she’s not. She puts her clients first and prioritizes building relationships with them, learning names fast, patience with explaining different bottles, deals etc. I drive all the way to Madison east location on Wednesdays, because the way someone treats you truly does have an impact on your day. Thank you Jolee for making my tanning experience so amazing every time. Your small acts of kindness have a huge impact on peoples day and moods!
Amazing experience every single time I come here. The ladies are friendly and it is very much a “no pressure” situation. I’ve never been pushed to purchase anything, and when I do purchase and there’s a deal the employees try to take every advantage for their customers. Also it’s always VERY clean!! Shout out to Paige and Jolie for helping me out this week and getting me set up with amazing bottles with an awesome discount 😊 they both should be getting a raise 😊
