She has helped me problem solve some issues I have had with my lenses that no one else thought of. They were unable to help me but when I presented my issue to Alana she found a solution. I left there today extremely happy and satisfied. Please give Alana a raise and don’t let her quit at Optix on Downer.

“For 10+ years, I drive 30 minutes and pass by at least 100 optometry offices to see Dr. Petrou because of the personalized, excellent care she provides. I will continue to come here even if my insurance is out of network because she provides a healthcare experience like no provider I had previously seen. Thorough exam (even for small children) with detailed explanation of changes in eye health. She adds new technology when it is evidence-based. She went above and beyond to include my 6 & 9 year old boys in the process by allowing them to carefully look into the microscope to see my eyes and explained the basic anatomy- they're still talking about that experience a week later. Products are recommended (contact lenses, drops, cleaners etc.) but no pressure sell. I am grateful for Dr. Petrou's team.“
