Patients appreciate the informative nature of the eye exam and the assistance in selecting new frames. We started with Grange Vision over 10 years ago and have been extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Dr. Steve, the main desk receptionists, and the staff that assists with eye glasses. Today, Laura patiently went above and beyond to help me select frames, which is very difficult for me. She asked what I was looking for, patiently showed me a variety of frames, answered all my questions, and even explained how their warranty could work to my advantage if I got new frames now, rather than putting it off. Only time will tell if things work out as she described.
