Laura was very patient and helpful in figuring out which prescription went with the different pairs of glasses I have. I am leaving confident that my new glasses will be correct for the different uses I have.
Laura was very knowledgeable and helpful while I looked for glasses. She helped pick out pairs based on what I liked. She looked at all options, including insurance and store promo.
Dr.Mike and Steve. I just want both of you to know what a pleasure it was to have Carly, Sue and especially Bela who helped me solve a problem with my insurance. Bela stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes and finally got to the problem. I was totally impressed with the way she handled the situation. Please pass on a thank you from me for their help.
