On Sunday Jan. 21, 2024 our furnace died. I called O & W Heating and Cooling that late afternoon upon reading these testimonials below. Everything that is said and listed below here is spot on. Not only did he arrive that late afternoon but he supplied us with 4 space heaters so we wouldn't freeze that night. Omer is very professional, kind, and meticulous. He explains everything in detail and keeps you in the loop. Omer IS the only HVAC company we will ever call again.

We have hired Omer, for over six years, to perform various repairs. He is honest(he tells you what you need and suggests what repairs you might need in the future). Omer is reliable(he has never missed an appointment and he even showed up in bad weather and late hours). His knowledge and skills are extremely vast(furnaces/A.C., electrical/gas, plumbing). We will definitely continue to hire Omer.

Strongly recommend this company!! Omar was at our house less than hour after calling him to troubleshoot our furnace that stopped working. He was very thorough, found the issue, and got it back up and running. He also took the time to explain everything in great detail and was never in a rush.
