Third Coast came in and said my furnace was in really good shape for its age and could not in good conscience recommend to replace my furnace. Third Coast earned a new customer today. They will be my first call for clean and inspecting my A/C and Furnace and if I ever need service.“

I had called them for a second opinion after my furnace stopped running and another company quoted me five different things wrong with my furnace and was really trying to push me into a new furnace with their quotes. Tyler from Uttke came over and looked over my furnace and gave me an honest estimate of what needed to be done to keep the furnace up and going, and was honest about whether fixing it or replacing it was the right thing for me, he was never pushy and answered all my questions with bothers senarios. He was able to quote a furnace on the spot and also quote fixing the old one, so I had all the info I needed without needing someone else to come out. I valued his honesty and experience and decided replacement was right for me. Uttke was easy to work with on scheduling and getting a tech out when the old furnace stopped before the new one was in. “They listen when answering the phone… like they have the time to listen and then assign technicians and pass along clear data about customer issue… always a good starting point. They provided same day response and the assigned technician called me 25 minutes in advance to confirm appointment and that someone would be on site. David came to the door with all his tools and reconfirmed issue with heating system, then started checks on the system, then he thoroughly checked out the controls, pumps and boiler operation and found an error code coming up. He fixed and adjusted pumps so the system was running properly and error free. David listened how we ran our system (at a small church) and provided guidance on our operations of heating system.
